Colortec Company Limited is a joint venture between DCC group and Tongling Huishan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, R&D and production of dyes and pigments, combined with the market development trends, this joint venture was established as a trading platform for its global sales.
The group company invested 180 million Yuan in the production base located in Tongling, Anhui Province. With the synthesis capacity of 8 varieties of low carbon environmentally friendly colorants and intermediates, including Anthraquinones, quinolines, pyridonones, aminoketones, kocheonoids, methylimides, furans, azos. It can produce 10000 tons of solvent dyes and 8000 tons of disperse dyes press cake annually.
Relying on its advantages in production and R & D of disperse dyes for transfer printing, the Group invested 500 million yuan in building an intelligent digital printing equipment and consumables industrialization located in Lion mountain high tech Zone of Tongling City, forming an annual production capacity of 600 sets of intelligent digital printers and 30,000 tons of thermal transfer ink. The enterprise is the only one in China with a full range of production capacity from front-end material synthesis to dyestuff and digital printing ink compounding and digital printers.
The company is committed to the research and development of new products. Currently has 29 national patents, including 8 invention patents, and 21 utility model patents. The company has long-term and stable cooperation with Nankai University, Nanjing Tech University and Soochow University and established a "Polymer dye joint R&D center" with Donghua University.
